Mala Chidambaram , MD, MSc, FRCPC

Dr. Chidambaram received her medical degree from the University of Manitoba and completed her fellowship specialty training in internal medicine and nephrology at the University of Toronto. She is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada (FRCPC) in Internal Medicine and Nephrology. Dr. Chidambaram obtained her Masters of Science in Clinical Epidemiology from the Department of Health Policy Management and Evaluation, University of Toronto. She completed her residency training at the University Health Network and received research awards in the area of nephrology and internal medicine. Dr. Chidambaram was Chief Administrative Resident for the Division of Nephrology and member of the Residency Training Committee in the Department of Medicine. She has published and presented articles in her areas of interest. Dr. Chidambaram has a special interest in peritoneal dialysis, diseases of the kidney and hypertension.
