Andrew Miners, DC, FRCCSS(C)

Dr. Miners graduated with clinical honours from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in 2004, and was one of only two chiropractors accepted into the two year postgraduate residency program in Sports Injury Sciences. In 2007, Dr. Miners became a fellow of the College of Chiropractic Sports Sciences (Canada) and an accredited sports injury specialist. He has completed the requirements to become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a Certified Kinesiologist (CK). He is a certified provider of various soft tissue and clinical treatment techniques including; Active Release Techniques (ART®), Graston Technique®, and clinical/anatomical acupuncture. Currently, Dr. Miners is completing a three year advanced training program to become designated as a chiropractic rehabilitation specialist. He has traveled nationally and internationally acting as team doctor for Canadian representative soccer teams, the 2006 Ontario Junior Taekwondo National Championship Team, and the 2006 Canadian National Taekwondo Team. In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Miners is an Assistant Professor at CMCC and instructs courses in diagnosis, orthopaedics, clinical education, and chiropractic technique.
