Policy For Rescheduling or Cancelling an Annual Health Assessment

Medcan is committed to providing an exceptional level of client care. To help us do this, we reserve appointments for each of our clients with specific doctors and specialists at specific times.

We hope that you will make every effort to attend your appointment as scheduled since cancellations and late reschedules impact our ability to serve all clients. If you do need to change an appointment, please keep in mind the following policies.

Rescheduling an Annual Health Assessment

Please contact Medcan at least one week prior to your appointment so we may offer the appointment time to another client and book a different session for you.

Cancelling an Annual Health Assessment

Please contact Medcan to discuss rescheduling your appointment, as we may be able to offer you alternatives that will minimize your time in the clinic. If you must cancel your appointment, please provide at least one week of notice so that we may offer the appointment time to another client. Cancellations made with less than three (3) full business days notice will be automatically charged a $295 fee and same-day cancellations or no-shows will be automatically charged a $500 fee.
