Paige Francis is Vice President Marketing, Specialty Select Brands for Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. In this role, she leads both the global strategic and North American marketing efforts for Starwood’s mid-market portfolio consisting of the Aloft, Element and Four Points by Sheraton brands – 260 hotels around the world, and fast growing.
Paige has led the marketing efforts of Starwood’s two newest lifestyle brands – Aloft and Element – since their launch in 2008. She was the driving force behind the creation of the distinct brand identities of each as well as a series of multi-dimensional marketing campaigns that generated industry and consumer buzz, including viral favorites like Project: Aloft Star and the launch of LiveAtAloftHotels.com.
Recently, Paige also led the effort to re-position Four Points with the launch of a reinvigorated, updated brand identity. She also led the marketing efforts behind a new promotional series that has resonated with the global business traveler, including ‘Breakfast for a Buck’, ‘Four for Free’ and ‘Friends of Four Points’.
Paige joined Starwood in 2003, working with the Luxury Brand team to develop guest experience initiatives and clearly define brand positioning for St. Regis and The Luxury Collection. Then she worked in Starwood’s Real Estate Group, where she developed marketing for the Luxury Brands and helped grow Starwood’s presence in the luxury segment.
Prior to Starwood, Paige worked in brand and project management at NestléCanada and Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts. She received a Masters in Business Administration in marketing from the Kellogg School of Business and her Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree from Queen’s University in Canada. Paige is married and lives in Connecticut with her husband and two young daughters.
